SPIRES have graced the stage at SOS Festival in our earlier years. The Manchester-based prog metallers released a debut album in 2010, followed up with an acoustic album & are currently recording a 2nd full electric album. In 2014 long-standing guitarist Paul Cuthbert left to focus on family-life & was replaced by Richard Corrie. We're really happy that the band has elected to play their comeback show at SOS Festival & we welcome them to the Dean Hocking Stage on Saturday.

BLACKBALLED are fronted by NEW MODEL ARMY guitarist Marshall Gill who formed Blackballed in 2012 in North East Manchester along with his brother/drummer Leon. Tom Wibberley joined on bass & Blackballed set about establishing their own brand of groove-based rock. We're delighted to welcome them to the Dean Hocking Stage on Sunday.
