Toxic is a Norwegian rock band situated in the town of Stavanger. Everything started back in may 2003. The Band members got together and quickly established their own sound. You`ll allways find a lot of contrasts and dynamic in their music & Toxic is always searching for "the inner human psychic" in their lyrics. There`s an obvious link to bands from the 1970s & also influences from present day. In November 2007 Toxic played debut gigs in the UK which proved very successful & the aim is to establish the band in the UK, enhancing its' reputation. Toxic is the latest band to be confirmed for the main stage at the Classic Rock Festival 2009
in Sandnes, Norway on 21st May. The two headliners on that date are Whitesnake & Kamelot.
This is an amazing piece of news for Toxic & bodes well for a successful 2009 following
the successful release of their 2nd album "Fear" on Rocksector Records in September 2008,
with the follow-up tour of the UK in October. The album has been receiving excellent reviews.
