Core Of Nation is an outstanding metal band from Stockholm, Sweden. Having been conceived in 2002 by rhythm guitarist, riff-merchant & principal songwriter Damma, the band underwent various changes until it established its’ firm & clear direction in 2008, signing with Rocksector Records in the UK. The band’s music carries inspiration from early-Sabbath & hints of Candlemass, all with its’ own individual metal twist.  

As Core Of Nation approaches 2010, the future holds immense promise with new songs already being written & their eyes on a new album / EP for later in the year. They also expect to return to the UK in 2010 & broaden their horizons by visiting their metal brothers in other European destinations such as Germany where it’s believed their brand of metal mayhem will be relished. This is just the beginning….
