New lead guitarist required for 2012 onwards
Exit State require a
full-time permanent replacement lead guitarist for 2012. The current
vacancy is being temporarily & very capably filled by Ollie Cordwell of
Fantasist but from the beginning of next year, a new band member is
sought. The successful candidate for this position will need to be
skilled, experienced, have good gear, be extremely dedicated, available to
tour at reasonable notice. Following the completion of the 2011 schedule,
the band provisionally plans to begin touring again from mid-March onwards
with a new guitarist in place & fully rehearsed.
Exit State are signed
to Rocksector Records who take care of marketing & distribution of the 2nd
album "Black Veins", plus overall management responsibilities. The band
has enjoyed good success so far, with touring, records & videos,
culminating in a forthcoming 2011 finale this December at Hard Rock Hell.
The band expects to continue with its' hard work ethos & appetite for
touring in 2012, will release at least a further 2-3 videos in the year &
will be writing & planning towards a 3rd album release in 2013. For more
